Job Summary
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, perform access control at entrances and exits, and manage conflict resolution and de-escalation. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, then provide detailed written reports. Engage frequently with client employees and guests while working in a team environment to ensure site goals are achieved. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation. Available Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 6am.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Available Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am
