Job Summary
Monitor premises, access control, and patrol locations to maintain a safe environment for clients. Enforce regulations regarding personnel and visitors while resolving conflicts and de-escalating tense situations. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, ensuring all post orders and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service and information to employees and guests while utilizing technology devices throughout the shift. Conduct property tours and respond to emergencies with rapid judgment, maintaining a professional demeanor and attention to detail. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature as required for the assigned site.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
