Job Summary
Monitor premises, conduct access control, and patrol various locations to maintain a safe environment. Enforce regulations for personnel and visitors while identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Complete assigned rounds, ensure post orders are followed, and perform property tours. Utilize technology devices throughout the shift to provide customer service and information to employees and guests. Resolve conflicts, de-escalate situations, and respond to emergencies with rapid judgment. Work 12-hour shifts in Chandler, AZ, with a wage range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
