Job Summary
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, perform access control at entrances and exits, and resolve conflicts through de-escalation. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, then provide detailed written reports. Carry out specific site duties while working in a team environment to ensure organizational goals are achieved daily. Interact frequently with client employees and guests, responding to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation. Maintain a calm, professional manner when interacting with a wide range of individuals while remaining alert throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
