Job Summary
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, perform access control at entrances and exits, and manage conflict resolution and de-escalation with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, then provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site goals are achieved daily while carrying out specific duties as required. Rotate through a four-day schedule from 6 pm to 6 am. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
