Job Summary
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, perform access control at entrances and exits, and manage conflict resolution and de-escalation with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, then provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site goals are achieved daily while responding to emergencies with rapid judgment. This full-time role in Oak Creek, WI, includes Friday through Monday shifts from 3pm to 7am, with weekly pay and access to medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
