Job Summary
Primary function is the prevention of loss, damage or inconvenience to the client or its customers. Responsibilities include completing necessary training, following Assignment Instructions, monitoring CCTV where required, reporting Health & Safety hazards, staying alert to threats, using initiative to reduce disruption, and maintaining detailed incident notebooks. Requires weekend night availability, good written and attention-to-detail skills, and strong customer service. PSA licence held is noted as a requirement, with security duties performed on site at Cork, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English essential
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role
- Hold a valid PSA Licence
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- First Aid Training desirable
