Job Summary
Security Officer responsible for providing impeccable customer service and maintaining a safe environment at the assigned Las Vegas site. Responsibilities include conflict resolution and de-escalation, frequent interactions with clients and guests, identifying and reporting safety issues, ensuring adherence to post orders and completed rounds, patrolling and monitoring for theft or hazards, and controlling access. Requires a HS diploma/GED (or ability to obtain GED within 6 months), Nevada driver's license, vigilant attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and willingness to undergo pre-employment screening; PILB Card preferred; duties emphasize security presence, incident reporting, and adherence to company values of Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete GED within 6 months
- Nevada Driver's License required
- PILB Card preferred
- Security experience preferred
- All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation
