Job Summary
Monitor site access, CCTV, and alarms while conducting regular patrols to protect people, property, and assets from loss, damage, and unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents, perform searches and security checks, and control vehicle and pedestrian access. Deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors while adhering to health and safety procedures and emergency protocols. Complete daily documentation and handovers accurately. Work 12-hour rotational shifts averaging 56 hours per week. Valid SIA licence required; security experience, strong customer service skills, and good IT abilities preferred.
