Job Summary
Conduct regular safety and security patrols while welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors. Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures, supporting emergency protocols including evacuations and searches. Maintain accurate records of all activity and handovers, reporting incidents to prevent disruption. Work 42 hours per week on a 4-on, 4-off rotation including nights in Caldicot, UK. Hold a valid SIA Licence, First Aid qualification, and five years of security industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid SIA Licence
- First Aid qualification
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within the security industry
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends when required
- The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history
- British nationality and 5 years of continuous UK residency
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A willingness to undertake a Fire Safety course provided by the company
- A reasonable commuting distance to the site
- Good organisational and time management skills
