Job Summary
Manage access points, verify credentials, and monitor entry activity at a manufacturing and industrial location while providing professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, and facility perimeters to deter unauthorized activity, and respond to incidents by escalating concerns according to site procedures. Maintain visitor and contractor logs, document daily activities and irregularities, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas. Work part-time shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
