Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally. Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter. Monitor and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, damaged property, and potential hazards to site contacts and leadership. Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and other site documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
