Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and the business perimeter while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, providing customer service to clients through clear communication and exceptional service. Conduct regular and random patrols of site-specific areas, reporting unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, damaged property, and potential hazards to appropriate contacts and leadership. Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and other site documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Work part-time shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
