Job Summary
Monitor entry points and conduct screening activities for visitors, employees, vendors, and deliveries at a food and beverage location. Provide customer service by executing site-specific procedures, documenting security concerns, and responding to incidents or critical situations with problem-solving. Patrol the business perimeter and interior, observing activity to deter unauthorized access and reporting maintenance or policy violations. Work day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, at a fast-paced location in Kailua, HI.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- A guard card and/or license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
