Job Summary
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and packages by verifying badges, checking credentials, and reporting suspicious activity at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points to control access to restricted areas while conducting regular patrols of the business, loading zones, parking, and perimeter. Provide customer service to clients and delivery personnel, responding to incidents and critical situations through established communication channels. This part-time role in Phoenix, AZ, includes a rotating schedule from late morning to 10 PM. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- A guard card or license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control/badge experience is preferred
