Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document screening-related activity for individuals, packages, and vehicles entering or leaving the location. Screen personal items and vehicles in accordance with post orders while providing customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, conducting regular patrols around the business and perimeter to observe for unauthorized activity. Report observations to site contacts and leadership as directed. Work day shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM in Pooler, GA, supporting security operations for logistics and distribution clients.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification
- Customer service experience
- Access control and/or badge experience
- A guard card and/or license
