Job Summary
Provide and maintain the safety and security of company property and employees on an assigned shift. Responsibilities include controlling traffic and access to facilities, issuing/collecting employee temporary badges, office startup/shutdown procedures, conducting physical checks of facilities, maintaining records, logging visitors and employee counts, monitoring alarm systems, and coordinating with emergency services as needed. Additional duties involve logging trucks entering/leaving the facility, managing visitor and employee logs, and ensuring security-related procedures are followed throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6-months prior security experience or equivalent workforce experience
- Ability to handle office related material such as computer equipment, document printing, notebooks, ledgers, badge printer, etc.
