Job Summary
Patrols and inspects casino property to protect assets and guests; enforces gaming regulations (including MICS); prepares clear written incident and accident reports; guards and transports chips, currency, and coins; observes drop activities for slots and table games; conducts security duties across doors, windows, and restricted areas; maintains safety, confidentiality, and compliance with casino policies; demonstrates strong guest service, communication, and teamwork skills to support a secure and welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within three months of hire)
- Valid Driver’s License & be able to be insurable on Company’s Policy if necessary.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year law enforcement, security or customer service experience
- First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within three months of hire)
- Valid Driver’s License and be insurable on Company’s Policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Ability to pass a vocabulary and written communication skills test administered by Security Department
Additional Requirements
- Native American Preference will apply in accordance with Tribal policies
