Job Summary
Conduct routine mobile patrols throughout the property using a company-provided golf cart, maintaining a visible security presence while monitoring for safety hazards, suspicious activity, and property issues. Respond promptly to incidents, service requests, and operational concerns, and provide scheduled lunch and break relief coverage for assigned officers. Assist with access control, visitor management, and site support as needed, building positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and property staff. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating observations to site leadership. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional security experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely operate a golf cart throughout the shift
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the security team
- Ability to remain alert, active, and engaged throughout the workday
- Must live within approximately 20 miles of ZIP code 77845
