Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including production zones, warehouses, and facility perimeters, while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to alarms and critical situations by following site protocols, verifying visitor authorization, and documenting activity on a computer or tablet. Provide customer service during security-related procedures and emergency response activities, reporting hazards and policy violations to leadership. Perform regular unarmed patrols to support a safe environment for employees and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
