Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents and identify unusual activity. Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations while monitoring access points and visitor activity per site protocols. Provide customer service to patients, staff, and vendors by executing security procedures and emergency response activities. Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately. Maintain a visible presence to support a welcoming environment for all site visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
