Security Officer - Retail

Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly using problem-solving approaches. Conduct regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeters. This role requires an active Arizona guard card, 6+ months of security experience, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods while working outside in various elements. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed positions, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid driver's license if driving is required. Background investigations and drug screens are mandatory conditions of employment.
