Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while conducting regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work outside in the elements and walk or stand for long periods. This role serves and safeguards clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Applicants must possess an active Arizona guard card, a valid driver's license for driving positions, and at least six months of security experience. Full-time positions offer health insurance, a 401k plan, and ongoing paid training.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of security experience
- Active Arizona guard card
- Walk/Stand for Long Periods of Time
- Work Outside in the Element
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
