Security Officer Residential Patrol

Conduct routine unarmed vehicle patrols of residential common areas, parking lots, building exteriors, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vehicle, and resident activity while responding to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations with a professional, problem-solving approach. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual activity in accordance with company and site policies. Work a rotating day shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Fridays through Sundays, in Cherry Hills Village, CO. A valid driver's license and at least two years of security experience are required.
