Security Officer Residential Patrol

Conduct routine unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking zones, building exteriors, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by executing site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vehicle, and resident activity in accordance with community policies. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations professionally, notifying appropriate contacts and emergency services as needed. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual activity per site procedures. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of security experience, and high school diploma. Full-time day shift in Cherry Hills Village, CO at $25/hour.
