Security Officer – Residential Dispatch Operations

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and public agency personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and disturbances in a professional manner while documenting observations and reporting issues. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, grounds, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe individuals entering or leaving the property, following site procedures for visitor and contractor access. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications. This role requires a valid New York State Security Guard License, a high school diploma, and a background investigation.
