Job Summary
Greet employees, visitors, and vendors; verify identification and access authorization; and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site procedures. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols. Assist with directing visitors, answering inquiries, and communicating with building management, employees, and emergency responders as needed. Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk location within a financial services environment, carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
