Job Summary
Greet visitors, verify access authorization, and issue credentials while managing lobby activity and monitoring security equipment. Respond to incidents and visitor concerns by coordinating with building management and emergency personnel. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and package records to deter unauthorized access. Serve as a professional front desk presence for tenants and staff at a commercial real estate location. Work part-time shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and 4:00 PM to midnight on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
