Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations following established protocols, then conduct regular patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter zones. Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized access, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents while collaborating with a dependable team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
