Job Summary
Conduct scheduled rounds inside and outside buildings to maintain security for residents, visitors, staff, and company property. Respond to fire alarms and apartment emergency calls, and shovel exit walkways during and after snowstorms. Verify the scheduled presence of employees and third-party contractors on the grounds while performing light maintenance such as changing light bulbs. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition and attend in-service training as assigned. Work weekends between 12pm-8pm and 4pm-12am for 16 hours weekly at StoneRidge senior living in Mystic, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening process
- Must be able to pass fitness for duty physical
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Must provide employment references
- Must be able to provide vaccination status if role requires
