Security Officer Personnel Screening

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Screen visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site access protocols for a technology and data infrastructure location. Verify identification, credentials, and authorization requirements before permitting entry to controlled areas, and maintain accurate visitor and access records. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and screening equipment, escalating unusual conditions or access concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter. This role supports a welcoming, controlled environment at a dynamic technology location within Allied Universal's Dallas, TX facility.
