Security Officer Perimeter Patrol

Conduct routine unarmed patrols of residential community common areas, streets, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed. Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors while monitoring access points and observing traffic in accordance with site policies. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and leadership. Maintain a visible presence throughout the shift to safeguard clients in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
