Job Summary

Part-time Security Officer for Quail Ridge properties responsible for access control, patrolling, and responding to emergencies. Requires Florida security licenses and high school diploma.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Must have current State of Florida D' and G' Security/Firearms licenses
  • Must have a valid State of Florida Driver's License
  • Must obtain and maintain CPR, AED, and 1st Aid certifications
  • Must have clean criminal and motor vehicle records
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications

  • Military experience
  • Law enforcement experience
  • Emergency medical experience
  • Significant security experience
