Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including production zones, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner while verifying credentials and supporting orderly movement of people and deliveries. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Report conditions and actions taken according to site protocols and assist with incident documentation and follow-up on policy concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
