Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking zones, loading docks, and property perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations while documenting observations and reporting them per site procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by verifying visitor authorization and maintaining orderly entry and exit processes. Maintain clear communication with site contacts and leadership while completing daily activity reports. Work a day shift in Whitsett, NC, with hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
