Security Officer Patrol Response

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities appropriate for a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and communicating with site contacts. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, administrative spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity. Monitor access points, follow visitor and delivery procedures, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized entry attempts. Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate clearly during shift changes regarding incidents and site-specific concerns.
