Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity or unsecured access points. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations with a calm, professional, problem-solving approach, escalating matters according to site procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while monitoring entry and exit activity to verify authorized access. Maintain accurate documentation of activity, incidents, and patrols, and communicate professionally with site contacts, emergency responders, and leadership regarding observations and changing conditions. Work part-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays in Kearney, NE.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
