Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out site-specific security procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout sales areas, stockrooms, employee areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity, following established procedures for deliveries, contractors, and employees. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required documentation. Maintain awareness of merchandise protection concerns and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or facility issues to site leadership. Work a fixed six-month commitment with the option to pick up additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
