Job Summary
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations. Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior while providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and retail staff. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Work a day shift rotation from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
