Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols of facility grounds, production-area exteriors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity, and provide customer service while communicating clearly with visitors. Respond to incidents and critical situations following site-specific protocols, verify credentials, document visitor and vehicle activity, and report unusual conditions or potential hazards. Maintain a visible presence to safeguard clients in food and beverage industries. Daytime shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with rotating overnight hours.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
