Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, delivery-area concerns, and critical situations by documenting observations and reporting relevant information according to site procedures. Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and assist with visitor, driver, and delivery traffic flow while maintaining awareness of changing conditions around shipping and warehouse operations. Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Work a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Thursday through Sunday, at a logistics and distribution location in San Bernardino, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
