Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating issues according to site procedures. Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures, verifying credentials, and monitoring visitor activity. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Work a day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM in Shepherdsville, KY, safeguarding clients in the tech, media, and telecommunications industries.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be subject to a background investigation
- Be subject to a drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license
