Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter zones to identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor site access, verify credentials per procedures, and maintain awareness of visitor and contractor movements. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while responding to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with problem-solving coordination. Prepare clear activity reports documenting incidents, observations, and security interactions per site requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- A Guard Card or license is preferred
