Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents and medical emergencies following established protocols while conducting regular unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction, and document all incidents and patrol activities accurately. This role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and is open to applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws. Shifts run from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
