Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while conducting regular unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter zones. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures, and monitor access to report unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and maintenance concerns to management. Prepare clear activity logs and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license.
