Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management while conducting regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking facilities, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points and respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security activities accurately in required reports and logs using a tablet. This part-time role in Everett, MA, offers fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and an option to claim additional shifts through a scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
