Security Officer Patrol Driver Services

Monitor and patrol assigned areas in retail malls, remaining visible to deter security incidents while delivering customer service. Respond to disturbances and critical situations by documenting details and communicating with site contacts or local responders. Conduct regular patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking zones, and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic zones to support loss prevention efforts and report suspicious behavior or hazards. Assist with crowd management, visitor questions, and customer assistance during busy periods and special events. This driving post supports daily coverage across the property. A valid driver's license is required, and a state-issued security license is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
