Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout retail locations, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeters to deter security incidents and identify hazards. Provide customer service to visitors and employees while responding to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a professional manner. Monitor access points and document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately for site management. Maintain a visible presence to help prevent theft, trespassing, and other prohibited conduct. Work a rotating day shift from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM across Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
