Security Officer Patrol Driver Role

Conduct routine patrols throughout retail locations including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeters while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to disturbances and critical situations by documenting details and communicating with site contacts or local authorities. Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor foot traffic and observe surroundings to report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. Support access control and loss prevention efforts by verifying authorized access to restricted areas and assisting with crowd management.
