Security Officer Patrol Driver Response

Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and access-related concerns. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access points to maintain authorized entry procedures for staff, visitors, deliveries, and contractors. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents and observations, communicating relevant information to site contacts and leadership. Requires a valid driver's license and a background investigation.
